United Hatzalah
United Hatzalah is an Israeli volunteer-based emergency medical services organization providing free service throughout Israel. Its mission is to provide immediate medical intervention during the critical window between the onset of an emergency and the arrival of traditional ambulance assistance.
ZVDO
The Zahal Disabled Veterans Organization (ZDVO) is a registered non-profit organization, established in the wake of the War of Independence, with the purpose of providing disabled veterans from this war with all their needs towards the long process of their rehabilitation. It is the only organization legally responsible for representing those veterans wounded and disabled while serving in defense of the State of Israel.
Yad Ezra V'Shulamit
Yad Ezra V’Shulamit addresses the needs of impoverished families, regardless of religious affiliation, ethnicity, age, and location of residence. They distribute 10,000 food baskets every week. Their Children’s Centers provide nutritious meals, academic tutoring, and an enriching social environment. They also help hundreds of widows and orphans with food vouchers each week, help feed hundreds of babies with baby formula and provide heavily subsidized weddings for those who can't afford to make their special day become a reality.
